Shipping policy

Most items will be ready to ship immediately, but processing time (time to create items before shipping them) is 5-7 business days.

Items are shipped through USPS. Priority upgrades are available at checkout.

Lost/Delayed Items (especially since Covid)

• Delayed/Lost items will need to be taken up with USPS. I have the same tracking information you do. Because you package will have your address on it, the post office prefers to deal with the recipient directly, not the sender.
